2) Initial Search and Quotation
A Lockwood Meridian agent will find the best candidate for your needs and directly connect them with you. You will receive a quotation after agreeing to our terms of service and non-circumvention policies.
3) Testing of the Candidate & Approval
Upon successful testing and approval of the candidate by your organization, an invoice will be sent. All payments for services will be remitted directly to your Lockwood Meridian staff coordinator as per agreed terms.
4) Ongoing Management
A Lockwood Meridian Staff Coordinator will handle all the further local overseas processes, such as payments and terminations for personnel assigned to the client upon completion of duties.
Without an intermediary agency such as LM, enforcement of contracts (such as NDAs, employment contracts, etc) is virtually impossible.
