Step-by-Step Application Guide

Before you start the application process, please make sure you meet the following requirements
1) Submit your application

You will receive a confirmation to your email with the next steps.
2) Initial Search and Offer
A Lockwood Meridian agent will find the best job according to your profile and experience. You will receive an offer after agreeing to our terms of services and non circumvention policies.
3) Approval & Contract
You will be connected directly with one of our client, there you will be tested and your performance measured. This stage is where the work is done and it is expected integration within the client’s workflow and environment.
4) Payments
Lockwood Meridian will issue payments to its members as agreed in the job offer. The user is the sole person responsible for verifying that the payment account information provided is correct and that the account can receive funds.
Why doing it this way?
This is the only way we can ensure our clients’ legal and monetary protection by enforcing contracts from the worker’s side with our offices in the 11 eligible countries we currently operate in.
Without an intermediary, enforcement of contracts (such as NDAs, employment contracts, etc) is virtually impossible.
How long does process take?
After submitting your application, we will get back to you in less than 24 hours. Submissions are completely free and private.
Note that the hiring process is not inmediate and we will have to run background checks, which could take 1 to 2 weeks.
